Gotta love it

There seems to be many babies being born lately. And babies mean that there are darling baby gifts to buy. But there's something about buying an industrially made item for a newly created human being that just has never seemed quite right to me. And I can't knit or crochet worth more than a 1/4 of a badly done scarf...so...

For a long time I was 'creative' with baby gifts--classic children's books, gift certificates for nights out for the parents, stuff like that. But I've found the place to indulge in all things hand-made for baby and beyond.

Go and visit Etsy.com for all your baby (and other) gift-giving (or self-spoiling!) needs. Or just enjoy looking at a bunch of really cute and original stuff. You can even shop by color if you're looking for some hand-made lovelies to complete your green bedroom decor. Or, if you're a crafty person, you can find original things to help you craft...like hand-made papers and hand-spun yarns!

Yay I love that website! But I love it mostly for the jewelry! ;)

I found some great baby gifts including a Hooded Baby Towel set that includes a hooded towel, a baby wash mitt and a rubber duck. It was perfect!
